Founded by the Hristevi family in 2017, Tezgiah is Burgas’s home for artisan food. Our baked goods carry a touch of the Armenian roots of my wife’s family, the Ahajukyans — a heritage that teaches us respect for the dough and the shared table.
Every loaf of ours rises slowly in the cold for between 16 and 36 hours, then bakes in a 100-year-old stone oven. No additives, no rushing.
Today we welcome you across five locations throughout Burgas — from a morning coffee with fragrant sourdough bread and our lunch offerings, to our newest gastro bar in the city centre, right next to the Town Hall. Together we create over 100 original flavours, including special vegan and gluten-free treats that you can now also order online — directly from your table at the venue.
